魏海敏拜入梅門，承襲梅派藝術造詣至今一數有三十年，亦偕帶內化之形神，走過東西方無數經典角色；以化開界線之心，用身體承接多元領域之藝術匯集。
這一次，《在梅邊之緣》魏海敏與第32屆傳藝金曲獎得主戴君芳導演，攜手創排，連續三天獻上經典！並同時邀請不同藝術領域之藝術家、團隊獻力，幕前幕後眾星雲集，包含：編劇王安祈、舞者張逸軍、演員吳興國與溫宇航、采風樂坊、台北曲藝團⋯⋯等。
每檔經典曲目演前，都將有「破題式引導演出」——古典文學、古代書畫、曲藝、舞蹈——經典佐以領域各異之藝術家之靈，簡淡形式為你開場，提味梅派的端莊有致、方圓皆俱。

It has been thirty years since Wei Hai-Min began her jingju training in the Mei School. Interpreting and impersonating the shapes and spirits of countless Eastern and Western classic roles, Wei has dissolved the boundaries of artistic genres, bearing the convergence of diverse artistic expressions with her own body.
In collaboration with director Tai Chun-Fang, winner of the 32th Golden Melody Awards for Traditional Arts and Music, Wei Hai-Min will present classic Fusion Blossom from Mei Lan-Fang for three consecutive days. Prominent performing artists and groups from various fields are also invited to be part of this remarkable production, and they are playwright Wang An-Chi, dancer Billy Chang Yi-Chun, actors Wu Hsing-Kuo and Wen Yu-Hang, Chai Found Music Workshop, Taipei Quyi Theatre Company, et al.
A guided performance, including classical literature, archaic calligraphy and painting, artistic songs, and dance, that directly approaches the subject will be presented before each classic repertoire. Artists from different fields will present simple but exquisite openings, spicing up the grace and charm of the Mei School with various aspects of art.

演出單位｜財團法人魏海敏京劇藝術文教基金會
1995年六月成立以“承續梅派表演特質與精神”為宗旨的組織，志在啟展梅派藝術的時代新意。同時，藉由魏海敏精湛豐富的舞台才華，結合官方及民間的有力資源，與社會大眾活絡交流，創造精緻文化寬廣的發展空間。『深耕台灣、放眼世界』及『兩岸文化交流』為兩大業務目標，經常策劃舉辦示範講座、演出、與相關機關團體合辦研習、製作出版經典唱段及影音作品等等，以魏海敏為載體，藉此全方位展示京劇藝術之美。
藝術總監、製作人、主演｜魏海敏
國際知名京劇表演藝術家，梅(蘭芳)派傳人，目前為國光劇團、當代傳奇劇場的靈魂人物。
1991年拜入梅門，為梅葆玖先生首位入室弟子。魏海敏的傳統底蘊深厚，深得梅派精髓，擅長刻劃與演繹不同角色，備受全球各地戲迷與表演藝術界的肯定。
魏海敏所主演之新編作品，亦淋漓盡致地演釋旦角藝術的詩心與藝魄，發揮傳統戲曲精髓之餘，亦開創當代戲曲表演典範。
曾獲「金曲獎」（2008）、「國家文藝獎」（2007）、「世界十大傑出青年獎」（1996）、「亞洲最傑出藝人獎」（1993）。
Wei Hai-Min Chinese Opera Foundation
Established in June 1995 with the declared purpose of “upholding and sustaining the performance features and spirit of the Mei School,” Wei Hai-Min Chinese Opera Foundation works to unfold the contemporary meanings of the Mei School art. Wei employs her artistic brilliance and abundance to coordinate rich government and private resources, reach out to the general public, and promote the development of fine culture. Deeply rooted in its native Taiwan, the Foundation has a global outlook and is keen to pursue cross-Strait cultural exchange. The Foundation organizes various events including lectures, demonstrations, performances, and workshops in collaboration with other institutes, and produces and publishes audios and videos of jingju classics. As a carrier of jingju culture, Wei exhibits the traditional theatre’s multidimensionality.
Artistic Director, Producer and Leading Actor: Wei Hai-Min
An internationally renowned performing artist. She is currently the leading actress of GuoGuang Opera Company and the Contemporary Legend Theatre, and the director of the Wei Hai-Min Chinese Opera Foundation.
She has solid training in the Mei School and excels in interpreting and impersonating diverse roles, both ancient and modern, in Mei School and other performing styles. Her performance is acclaimed by global audiences and art critics.
Beyond classical jingju titles, Wei Hai-Min amazes the audience with the diverse roles she has created, be they noble, shrewish, or melancholic, Wei impersonates them vividly with grace, flair, and artistic excellence. She not only masters but even redefines the art of jingju performance, bestowing the stage with numerous unforgettable characters.
