焦灼炎熱的夏日午後，一名平凡男子偕愛妻驅車上街，意外撞倒有「戀鐵癖」的謎樣金屬狂人。本以為棄屍荒野後就沒事，不料金屬狂人竟憑著鋼鐵般的怨念，附身路人並瘋狂追殺。遭到攻擊後，男子的身體產生變化，當四肢與器官逐漸轉化成金屬機械，人與獸、心靈與物質的界線也開始鎔蝕⋯⋯。
A "metal fetishist" driven mad by the maggots wriggling in the wound he's made to embed metal into his flesh, runs out into the night and is accidentally run down by a Japanese businessman and his girlfriend. The pair dispose of the corpse in the hope of quietly moving on with their lives. However, the businessman soon finds that he is now plagued by a vicious curse that transforms his flesh into iron.
