As the Ocean Changes, How Can We Co-Exist With It?
《One Ocean》是「小島大歌」團隊繼2023年國家音樂廳演出後推出的全新製作。歷時三年籌製，作品以臺灣的海洋連結為起點，邀集阿美族、布農族金曲音樂人阿布絲（Abus）、迪士尼動畫《海洋奇緣》（Moana）原聲帶主唱之一 Olivia Foa’i，以及來自馬達加斯加、紐西蘭、巴布亞紐幾內亞、薩摩亞與模里西斯的藝術家，共同創作一齣融合音樂、舞蹈與影像的舞台作品。
不同島國的藝術家將自身面對氣候變遷的生命經驗化為歌聲、身體與影像，從珊瑚礁、風暴與消逝的家園，到文化、希望與下一代，不同島嶼的故事在此交會，重新連結古老海路，也呈現人與海洋之間緊密的關係，以及當代海洋正在經歷的變化。
創意團隊由曾擔任雪梨奧運開幕式澳洲藝術總監的 Nigel Jamieson 擔任共同導演，與藝術家共同發展故事線；舞台設計則由曾參與雲門舞集《水月》、布拉瑞揚舞團《我．我們》第二部曲的王孟超操刀。舞台從航海出發，結合共同創辦人 Tim Cole 與 BaoBao 陳玟臻 走訪18個島國第一線拍攝的影像與環境自然聲響，散落大洋的島嶼在舞台上相遇，以歌聲回應變動中的海洋。
One Ocean is a new stage work by Small Island Big Song, following the team’s acclaimed 2023 performance at Taiwan’s National Concert Hall, presented by TIFA. Three years in the making, the work begins with Taiwan’s deep oceanic connection to the Pacific and Indian Ocean, bringing together Amis and Bunun award-winning singer-songwriter Abus, Olivia Foa’i, one of the lead vocalists on Disney’s Moana soundtrack, and artists from Madagascar, Aotearoa New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Samoa and Mauritius.
Artists from different island nations bring their lived experiences of a changing climate into the theatre, through song, dance, testimony and images. Coral reefs give way to storms. Homes disappear beneath rising seas. Ancient knowledge meets an uncertain future. Yet alongside loss are stories of resilience, culture and hope.
The creative team is led by Nigel Jamieson, Co-Director of the Sydney Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, who serves as Co-Artistic Director and works closely with the artists to shape the narrative. The set is designed by Austin Wang, whose work includes Cloud Gate Dance Theatre’s Rice and Bulareyaung Dance Company’s tiaen tiamen Episode 2. Live performance is woven together with film and environmental sound recorded by co-founders Tim Cole and BaoBao Chen during their journeys to the frontlines of 18 island nations.

演出者、詞曲創作 ｜臺灣－阿美族・布農族｜阿布絲 Abus·Tanapima
成長於高雄與花蓮，阿布絲 Abus 將族語與當代音樂融合，並重新詮釋傳統古調。全母語專輯《ABUS》、《QUEENDOWN》皆入圍金曲獎多項大獎，其中作品〈布農〉更榮獲「最佳單曲製作人獎」。
阿布絲於2022年主動向小島大歌毛遂自薦，並於2024年正式成為團隊成員。她參與《One Ocean》峇里島合創工作坊、荷蘭藝術節及隔年之歐洲巡迴演出，在創作與演出中持續展現令人驚豔的能量。
Raised in Kaohsiung and Hualien, she merges Indigenous language with contemporary styles, reimagining traditional melodies into modern forms. Her albums ABUS (2022) and QUEENDOWN (2024) earned multiple nominations at the Golden Melody Awards, with “Bunun” winning Best Single Producer.
Abus first connected with Small Island Big Song in 2022 through her own initiative and officially joined the project in 2024. She has since participated in the One Ocean creative workshop in Bali and performed at the Holland Festival. As the youngest members of the ensemble, she brings remarkable vocal power and stage presence to both the creative process and live performances.

Olivia 是玻里尼西亞知名樂團 Te Vaka 創辦人 Opetaia Foa’i 的女兒，同時也是迪士尼動畫電影《海洋奇緣》（Moana）原聲帶的主唱之一。她的個人專輯《Candid》、《Tūmau Pea》曾獲紐西蘭音樂獎「最佳太平洋專輯」等重要獎項。2023年，Olivia 於小島大歌於臺北國家音樂廳演出時首次加入演出陣容，此後已隨團隊巡演亞洲及中東，包括COP28聯合國氣候變遷大會。
Olivia Foa’i is the daughter of Opetaia Foa’i, founder of the renowned Polynesian band Te Vaka, and one of the featured vocalists on the soundtracks of Disney’s animated films Moana.
She has received Best Pacific Album at the New Zealand Music Awards and Best Pacific Female Artist at the Pacific Music Awards through her solo albums Candid (2019) and Tūmau Pea (2023)... She joined the Small Island Big Song ensemble for the first time in 2023 at the National Concert Hall in Taipei, and has since toured with the project across Asia and the Middle East, including COP28.
共同音樂總監、演出者、詞曲創作｜模里西斯－克里奧人｜Emlyn Marimutu
Emlyn 引領印度洋新一代音樂創作者，在長期以男性為主的音樂界中，走出一條獨具風格的女性創作之路。她曾接受 CNN 人物專訪，作品經常回應家鄉島嶼所面臨的環境議題。
小島大歌於2016年首次造訪模里西斯，Emlyn 自2019年加入計畫後，持續參與歌曲共同創作及四大洲巡演，是計畫的核心音樂人之一。
Emlyn Marimutu is a singer, dancer and Sega artist from Mauritius, leading a new generation of Indian Ocean music makers. Featured on CNN, she has carved out a distinctive path as a female artist in a predominantly male music scene, drawing on traditional instruments and the rhythms of Sega. Singing in Mauritian Kreole, her songs often respond to the environmental challenges facing her island home.
Emlyn joined Small Island Big Song in 2020 and has since become a key artist in the project, contributing to its music and live performances and touring across four continents.

演出者、詞曲創作｜馬達加斯加－梅里納族｜ Sammy Andriamalalaharijaona
Sammy 所屬樂團 Tarika Sammy 曾於1990年獲《TIME 時代雜誌》評選為世界十大樂團，與 U2 並列，並於1999年首次來臺演出。Sammy 長期致力於傳統音樂的傳承與創新，堅持親手製作傳統樂器，並在舞台上演奏它們。小島大歌於2016、2017年兩度造訪馬達加斯加，與 Sammy 開啟合作緣分。此後，他持續參與計畫，並已隨團隊巡演四大洲、近20個國家。
Sammy’s band, Tarika Sammy, was named by TIME magazine as one of the Top Ten Bands in the World in the 1990s, alongside U2, and first toured Taiwan in 1999. Sammy has long been dedicated to preserving and reimagining traditional music, handcrafting traditional instruments and performing them on stage.
Small Island Big Song first collaborated with Sammy during its visits to Madagascar in 2016 and 2017. Since then, he has continued to be part of the project, touring with the ensemble across four continents and nearly 20 countries.

共同創意總監、共同音樂總監、演出者、詞曲創作｜巴布亞紐幾內亞－摩圖人｜ Airileke
Airileke 曾擔任太平洋奧運開幕式共同藝術總監，是一位大師級鼓手，創作根植於美拉尼西亞傳統鼓樂，同時活躍於當代節拍與音樂製作。
Airileke 與小島大歌共同創辦人 Tim 是十多年的合作夥伴。自團隊於2016年造訪巴布亞紐幾內亞後，他持續參與小島大歌專輯、音樂電影的創作，並隨團隊巡演美國、歐洲等地，累計超過40場演出。
Airileke was Co-Artistic Director of the Pacific Olympics Opening and is a master drummer whose work is rooted in the traditional drumming of Melanesia, while also embracing contemporary beats and music production. Airileke has been a long-time collaborator of Small Island Big Song co-founder Tim Cole for decades. Since the project’s visit to Papua New Guinea in 2016, he has continued to contribute to its albums and music films, and has toured with the ensemble across the US, Europe and beyond.

編舞家、演出者、詞曲創作｜模里西斯－克里奧人｜Mathieu Joseph
Mathieu 是 LES FRERES JOSEPH 舞團共同創辦人兼藝術總監，擅長融合現代街舞與印度洋傳統舞蹈，其編舞作品曾多次榮獲「法語國家運動會」（Les Jeux de la Francophonie）舞蹈金獎。
Mathieu 自2023年加入小島大歌後，為作品帶入豐富的舞蹈元素與強烈的肢體張力，並已隨團隊巡演美國及歐洲，累計近50場演出。
Mathieu is the co-founder and Artistic Director of LES FRERES JOSEPH, blending contemporary street dance with traditional dance forms from the Indian Ocean. His choreography has won multiple Gold Medals in dance at the Jeux de la Francophonie.
Since joining Small Island Big Song in 2023, Mathieu has brought rich movement and powerful physicality to the work, touring with the ensemble across the US and Europe in nearly 50 performances.
演出者、詞曲創作｜薩摩亞－薩摩亞人 | Eve Nikolao
Eve 是一位多樂器演奏家，創作融合傳統木鼓、和聲與當代音樂元素。她因贏得薩摩亞歌唱選秀節目《Samoan Idol》而在國內嶄露頭角，並曾受邀澳洲布里斯本藝術節與 WOW「世界女性節」（Women of the World）。Eve 於2025年荷蘭藝術節首次加入小島大歌的演出陣容，隔年持續隨團隊於歐洲巡演。
Eve is a multi-instrumentalist whose work blends traditional log drums, harmonies and contemporary musical elements. She rose to prominence in Samoa after winning the singing competition Samoan Idol, and has performed at Brisbane Festival and WOW Women of the World.
Eve first joined Small Island Big Song at the 2025 Holland Festival and continued touring with the ensemble across Europe the following year.

陳玟臻 BaoBao 帶領「小島大歌」從一個創意，發展成橫跨十多國的大型國際藝術計畫。十多年來，她主導音樂、影像與舞台作品的跨國共製，包括三張專輯、紀錄片及遍及23個國家的世界巡演。她曾獲選為國際表演藝術協會（ISPA）「2023–25年臺灣夥伴 ISPA Fellow」，並入選美國國務院「2026年專業領袖計畫」。
BaoBao 長期投入國際演說與公共溝通，致力於拓展藝術的國際影響力，並曾以中、英文於 TEDx、聯合國 COP 氣候變遷大會、美國 APAP 與 ISPA、加拿大 CINARS 等國際平台發表演說。在創辦「小島大歌」之前，BaoBao 於澳洲打工度假期間，曾於大型藝術節及雪梨歌劇院工作，並於2013年入圍「澳洲世界最棒工作」。此後持續經營社群平台，累積超過13萬名追蹤者。
BaoBao leads Small Island Big Song from an initial idea into a large-scale international arts project spanning more than ten countries. Over the past decade, she has led cross-cultural co-productions across music, film and theatre, including three albums, a documentary and international tours across 23 countries.
She was selected as the 2023–25 ISPA Fellow by the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA), and as part of the 2026 Professional Fellowship Program of the US Department of State. BaoBao is also an experienced international speaker and impact producer, having presented in both Mandarin and English at TEDx, the UN Climate Change Conference (COP), APAP, ISPA and CINARS. Before founding Small Island Big Song, BaoBao worked at major arts festivals and the Sydney Opera House during her working holiday in Australia, and was shortlisted for Australia’s “Best Job in the World” in 2013. She has since built an online community of more than 130,000 followers.

視覺及聲音設計、共同發起人｜澳洲｜Tim COLE
COLE 是來自澳洲墨爾本的音樂製作人與影像工作者，20年來於歐美及亞太地區策劃、執行跨文化藝術計畫，創作橫跨音樂、影像與劇場。他曾參與澳洲原住民音樂家 Archie Roach 的舞台聲音與影像設計、Circus Oz 劇場聲音設計，並於萬那杜拍攝音樂紀錄片、在巴布亞紐幾內亞製作音樂專輯，亦曾於澳洲內陸擔任 CAAMA 音樂製作總監。
因聯合國 IPCC 氣候變遷報告，他開始思考如何透過藝術回應氣候危機，進而促成「小島大歌」計畫的發起。
COLE is a music producer and filmmaker from Melbourne, Australia. For over 20 years, he has developed and produced cross-cultural arts projects across Europe, the US and Asia-Pacific, working across music, film and theatre. His work includes sound and visual design for Indigenous Australian musician Archie Roach, theatre sound design for Circus Oz, a music documentary filmed in Vanuatu, music production in Papua New Guinea, and serving as Senior Music Producer at CAAMA in Central Australia.
Inspired by the UN IPCC climate change reports, COLE began exploring how art could respond to the climate crisis, ultimately leading to the creation of Small Island Big Song.
共同創意總監｜澳洲｜Nigel JAMIESON
JAMIESON為來自澳洲的知名大型製作與劇場藝術總監，曾擔任雪梨奧運開幕式總監、巴布亞紐幾內亞太平洋運動會開幕式總監，以及歐洲文化首都 Glasgow 開幕式總監。他擅長運用影像結合現場演出，建立強烈而具敘事性的舞台語言。例如與澳洲室內樂團合作的《Mountain》，以及以哥本哈根氣候論壇為背景、關注氣候變遷議題的《Tipping Point》，以及由多個澳洲藝術節共製、以北領地已故原住民音樂家 Gurrumul 音樂為核心的《Buŋgul》。
Nigel Jamieson is a renowned Australian director of large-scale productions and theatre, having served as co-Director of the Sydney Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, the Pacific Games Opening Ceremony in Papua New Guinea, and the opening ceremony of Glasgow as European Capital of Culture.
Known for integrating film and live performance, he creates powerful and highly narrative stage languages. His work includes Mountain, created with the Australian Chamber Orchestra; Tipping Point, which explores climate change against the backdrop of the Copenhagen Climate Forum; and Buŋgul, an Australian production centred on the music of the late Indigenous Australian musician Gurrumul.
舞台設計｜臺灣｜王孟超 Austin WANG
王孟超為台灣劇場舞台設計師，創作橫跨舞蹈、戲劇與跨界表演藝術，投入劇場創作至今已逾三十年。曾擔任多項重要舞台製作之設計，包括雲門舞集《水月》等作品，以及布拉瑞揚舞團《我 我們》等製作。其作品以細膩的空間與視覺語言見長，長期與多位重要編舞家與劇場創作者合作。2013至2024年間，他擔任台北表演藝術中心總監，積極推動台灣表演藝術的創作與國際交流。其貢獻曾獲頒第十八屆「國家文藝獎」。
WANG is a Taiwanese stage designer whose work spans dance, theatre, and interdisciplinary performance. With more than three decades of experience in theatre production, he has designed for numerous major works, including Moon Water and Rice by Cloud Gate Dance Theatre, and tiaen tiamen by Bulareyaung Dance Company. His designs are known for their refined spatial sensibility and strong visual language, developed through long-term collaborations with leading choreographers and theatre makers.
From 2013 to 2024, WANG served as Director of the Taipei Performing Arts Center, where he played a key role in advancing the development and international exchange of Taiwan’s performing arts. In recognition of his contributions to the field, he received the 18th National Award for Arts.

【套票退票】套票退票需整套辦理，無法以單張票券申請退票，亦不接受換票。如購買不同場次票券，最遲需於所購買的首場演出日10日前（不含演出日）辦理，如套票另有規定者，請依套票頁面之注意事項為主。
※ 依據文化部「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第3點規定，若本節目因故取消、延期舉行之主要表演人員或主要節目內容，於預定表演前發生變動時，相關退票機制、受理方式、退款途徑等資訊，將另行公告於本節目頁面；若遇上述異動情境，主辦單位未提供退款機制時，以信用卡購票之持卡人，可向原信用卡發卡行申請信用卡爭議款退款。
