故事簡介
自北京出生，成長於桂林，轉眼在香港十餘年的蔣婷，已然成為不僅是身分證件意義上，也是他人口中的「新香港人」。
但在漂泊異鄉的途中，超越證件意義的，不僅有來自故鄉的「特性」，也有內心認同的搖擺，更有身處動盪世界中作為秉持「藝術自由」的演員所面對的地緣政治與窮迫現實。
《終曲》自2024年首演，作為彼時回應社會事件的學校告別演出「The Last Performance」，到進入社會後的動盪新感受，帶著全新的目光與視角，邀請台灣觀眾從這一故事中共同探問：
「這是我們的未來？還是可以終止的現在？」
主創團隊
漂流船劇團是許英邦與張兆聰子的獨立劇場製作團隊，以香港作為其創作的主要根據地，基於兩人的移民背景，劇團作品常以漂泊
於異鄉、形色各異不同人種的故事為創作中心，結合紀錄劇場、編作劇場等手法創作當代劇場作品；劇團亦時常開展社區劇場、
一人一故事劇場等活動，維繫香港的移民社群，探討跨文化中的各項社會議題。
劇團近期作品包括：《終曲The Last Performance》(2024,獲國際獨角戲劇節最佳劇碼、最佳導演、最佳女演員三項提名)、以香港後2019生存狀況為主題的編作劇場《獵狐者》（2024）、以在港漂漂泊大陸女性為主題的紀錄劇場《寄居蟹豢養手冊》（受邀展演於2023香港

概念暨導演
許英邦
劇場導演與創作者。畢業於香港演藝學院戲劇學院，主修導演。曾訪學於俄羅斯舞臺藝術學院，
並獲第75屆柏林戲劇節（Theatertreffen）國際論壇獎學金。
其創作聚焦于多樣化文本在當代劇場中的表達，通過編作、紀錄劇場與沉浸式劇場等方法，探索作品與社會現實之間的聯繫。
近期導演作品《終曲》於鼓樓西劇場舉辦的第二屆國際獨角戲劇節獲多項提名，包括最佳導演、最佳劇碼與最佳女演員。
其他導演作品包括香港演藝學院 × 中英劇團《狐狸先生去咗邊？》，以及《海風中遺散的舊夢》《女僕》《美狄亞》《網》等。

先後修畢香港浸會大學媒體與社會傳播學學士（一級榮譽）、香港演藝學院戲劇藝術學士，主修表演。
演藝學院在校期間獲演藝學院友誼社年度優秀本地學生獎。原創獨角戲《終曲》（2024）獲「第二屆國際獨角戲劇節」最佳女演員提名、香港演藝學院年度製作《三四郎》（2024）獲香港舞台劇獎「最佳製作」、及《規劃香港》（2023），獲學院頒發「飛躍演員」獎。
近期參演作品：西九文化區沈浸式遊戲劇場《當世界與你為敵》、孟京輝當代戲劇雙年展《哆啦AI夢·浩浩的人工智能發展史》、
演戲家族音樂劇《玉良》。
蔣氏擁有普通話一級乙等(95分)證書，同時目前在深圳市爪馬世界駐場演出，演出劇目包括：宋美齡的耳環丟了、維羅尼卡的房間、
一千零一耶、花見小館。

Artists’ Survival amid China–Hong Kong Geopolitics
Premiered in Hong Kong in 2024 · Returning to the Stage at the Taipei Fringe Festival Following Acclaim
Born in Beijing and raised in Guilin, Siobhan JIANG has now lived in Hong Kong for more than a decade. Over the years, she has become a “new Hongkonger”—not only in terms of her identity documents, but also in the eyes of those around her.
Yet along this journey of displacement, there are things that transcend official documentation: the traits and memories she carries from her hometown, her wavering sense of identity, and the geopolitical pressures and financial hardship she faces as an actor committed to the principle of “artistic freedom” in an increasingly turbulent world.
The Last Performance premiered in 2024 as a farewell production at the end of the artists’ studies, responding to the social events of the time. Since then, the work has continued to evolve, incorporating the new uncertainties and realities they have encountered after entering professional life.
Returning with renewed perspectives, the production invites audiences in Taiwan to consider the following question together:
“Is this our future—or a present that can still be brought to an end?”
Floating Boat Project
Drifting Boat Theatre is an independent theatre-making collective founded by Xu Yingbang James and Chelsea ZHANG, with Hong Kong as its primary creative base.
Drawing on the founders’ own experiences of migration, the company’s works often centre on people of different identities and cultural backgrounds who find themselves displaced or living far from home. Through approaches including documentary theatre and devised theatre, the company creates contemporary performance works that engage closely with social realities.
The company also regularly organises community theatre and playback theatre activities, building connections within Hong Kong’s migrant communities while exploring a range of social issues arising from cross-cultural experiences.
Recent productions include:
- The Last Performance (2024), nominated for Best Production, Best Director and Best Actress at the International Monodrama Festival;
- Foxfinder (2024), a devised theatre production examining conditions of survival in post-2019 Hong Kong;
- Floating with Hong Kong, a documentary theatre production about the experiences of Mainland Chinese women living in a state of displacement in Hong Kong, invited to be presented at the 2023 Hong Kong New Concept Arts Festival; and
- Everywhere, written by Huang Suhuai, presented as a staged reading at the 2023 Shekou Theatre Festival in Shenzhen and inspired by the series of worker suicides at Foxconn factories.

Concept and Director
Xu Yingbang James
Xu Yingbang James is a theatre director and creator. He graduated from the School of Drama at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Directing. He has also studied at the Russian Institute of Performing Arts and was awarded a fellowship to participate in the International Forum of the 75th Berliner Theatertreffen.
His practice focuses on the expression of diverse texts within contemporary theatre. Through devised theatre, documentary theatre and immersive performance, he explores the relationships between theatrical works and contemporary social realities.
His recent directorial work, The Last Performance, received nominations for Best Director, Best Production and Best Actress at the Second International Monodrama Festival, held at Beijing Drum Tower West Theatre.
His other directing credits include Foxfinder,or Not?, co-produced by the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and Chung Ying Theatre Company, as well as Lost Dream By The Sea, The Maids, Medea and The Net.
Performer
Siobhan JIANG
Siobhan JIANG holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Social Communication with First Class Honours from Hong Kong Baptist University. She subsequently completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Acting.
During her studies at the Academy, she received the annual Outstanding Local Student Award presented by the Friends of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
Her original solo production The Last Performance (2024) earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Second International Monodrama Festival. The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts’ annual production Sanshiro (2024), in which she performed, received the Best Production Award at the Hong Kong Drama Awards. Her performance in Planning Hong Kong (2023) also earned her the Academy’s Breakthrough Performer Award.
Her recent performance credits include the immersive game-theatre production When the World Turns Against You at the West Kowloon Cultural District; Dora-AI-Mon: Haohao’s History of Artificial Intelligence at the Meng Jinghui Contemporary Theatre Biennale; and the musical Yuliang, produced by The Actors’ Family.
JIANG holds a Grade 1-B Certificate in the Putonghua Proficiency Test, with a score of 95. She is currently a resident performer at Zhauma World in Shenzhen, where her productions include Soong Mei-ling’s Missing Earring, Veronica’s Room, One Thousand and One Yeahs and Hanami Bistro.
