2026 臺灣口琴音樂節 Taiwan Harmonica Music Festival
THMF臺灣口琴音樂節今年邁入第十一屆，夏日的音樂嘉年華，是每年臺灣口琴樂界的盛會。第三場Gala音樂會，邀請多位國際頂尖口琴名家：來自韓國的代表性半音階口琴演奏家朴鐘聲 Jongseong Park、來自日本的知名半音階口琴演奏家南里沙 Minami Risa、臺灣口琴名家李讓與花影樂團，以及天狼星口琴樂團攜手登臺，帶來精彩紛呈的閉幕音樂會演出！ 透過音符交織與對話，感受臺、日、韓跨國音樂與文化的交流與共鳴；節目尾聲，天狼星口琴樂團更將與受邀口琴名家共同登臺，帶來精彩的壓軸演出，為觀眾留下深刻動人的夜晚，也為今年活動畫下完美的句點！
李讓 Jang Li
2009年世界⼤賽中拿下「爵⼠半⾳階⼝琴」與「藍調/搖滾/⺠謠/鄉村⼗孔⼝琴」雙料冠軍，為史上⾸位以亞洲⾯孔獲此兩項⼤獎之⼝琴家，2013年再添三重奏世界冠軍（任半⾳階主奏）。2021年第⼀屆香港國際半⾳階⼝琴作曲⼤賽以《⽇常三景》組曲榮獲「半⾳階⼝琴與鋼琴組」季軍、單樂章⼝琴協奏曲《坤離幻想曲》獲「半⾳階⼝琴與室內樂團組」優異獎，為獲獎者中唯⼀⼀位兼具演奏家⾝份的作曲家。⼝琴啟蒙於楊正祥老師，後師事旅德爵⼠鋼琴與作曲家黃俊傑先⽣及德國爵⼠⼝琴⼤師Jens Bunge，並曾與知名製作⼈陳建騏學習編曲，擅長曲風跨古典、爵⼠、流⾏等並熱愛創作，演出⾜跡遍及國際。經營之網絡頻道⼝琴演奏影片跨越國界具極⼤影響⼒，促使亞洲各國年輕⼈愛上⼝琴。2018年由風潮⾳樂發⾏數位專輯《Inspire 流動的琴格》。
2010年參與政治⼤學集體創作⾳樂劇《麥⽥花》，受冉天豪老師與陳建騏老師之⾳樂創作指導。2011加入mr.Why花影樂團，嘗試將⼝琴與各種樂器搭配，開創豐富多彩的⾳樂可能，2021年與樂團受製作⼈丁曉雯之邀，參與許富凱《拾歌》專輯製作，擔任〈祝福〉、〈純情青春夢〉編曲與⼝琴錄⾳，許富凱以此專輯獲第32屆⾦曲獎臺語歌王。李讓迄今創作許多演奏曲，如《噩夢Nightmare》三部曲、〈謎魂Labyrinth〉、〈游擊Guerrilla〉、〈綠洲Oasis〉、《測繪者The Map Painter》組曲等，創作與改編作品常由⼝琴重奏樂團演奏，亦常受參賽者委託創作，如學⽣陳穲薇演奏其作品〈Folkways〉獲2017世界⼝琴⼤賽⼗孔⼝琴混合公開組季軍，此外更長年擔任國內外⾳樂比賽評審。曾製作多部微電影與廣告配樂，常與⾦曲⾳樂⼈合作參與錄⾳和編曲，琴聲曾出現於吳⾦黛、李欣芸、孫盛希、艾怡良、蕭煌奇、龍千⽟、許富凱、劉若英、吳宗憲、邰正宵、翁立友、黃⼤軍、王建傑、⼀綾、GNZ48、李⽟璽、柯智棠、劉雲平、PiA吳蓓雅、張三李四、丁丁與⻄⻄、三⼗萬年老虎鉗、虛擬歌⼿夏語遙、濁⽔溪公社、電視劇《⽤九柑仔店》、《華燈初上》、《正義的算法》、《茁劇場－誰說媽媽像⽉亮》、電影《同學麥娜絲》等流⾏⾳樂專輯、影視配樂中。

Mr. Why 花影樂團
「mr.Why」就是「為什麼先生」的意思，2010年由吉他手兼主唱「吉吉影G.Shadow 」召集創立之創作樂團，成團後陸續獲選受邀於春天吶喊、台北藝穗節等具有指標性的音樂盛會參與演出，2018年中文命名為「花影」。
對音樂擁有著強烈的好奇心，享受著多樣化的音樂微風，花一般的聲音將從壞壞嗓裡綻放開來——不同於搖滾、不同於爵士、不同於藍調，獨一無二、沒有界線的WHY式風格！

朴鍾聲 Jong-seong Park
朴鐘聲為韓國具代表性的古典口琴演奏家，也是韓國首位以口琴為主修專業的學生。畢業於慶熙大學後現代音樂學系，其後進入漢陽大學研究所主修管弦樂指揮。
2008 年於亞太口琴節（Asia-Pacific Harmonica Festival）中，一舉獲得複音獨奏、二重奏及合奏三項冠軍；2009 年於世界口琴節（World Harmonica Festival）以自創作品榮獲複音獨奏組第一名。
至今已發行六張專輯，包括《Dimple》、《Harmonicist》、《Dearest》與《Boundless》等。2025 年發行專輯《Harmonica Rhapsody》，親自擔任弦樂團指揮，同時演奏口琴，展現其跨領域的音樂實踐。
曾於韓國多個重要演出場館舉辦個人獨奏會，包括首爾藝術中心（Seoul Arts Center）與樂天音樂廳（Lotte Concert Hall）。亦曾受邀參與統營國際音樂財團（Tongyeong Internatioanl Music Foundation）、濟州國際管樂節（Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival）等音樂節演出。
透過「Orchestra Project」與「Chamber Project」等企劃，持續拓展口琴與管弦樂合作的演出形式，並曾與世界級音樂家及團體合作，包括女高音曹秀美（Sumi Jo）、韓國國立國樂團，以及釜山交響樂團。
除演奏活動外，朴鐘聲亦擔任首爾口琴樂團指揮。於 2025 年世界口琴節中，帶領樂團獲得團體組第一名及樂團組第二名。此外，他亦擔任 Into the Harmonica 音樂總監，已出版八本教材，並持續投入口琴教育制度研究。
創作方面，已完成超過 40 首口琴作品，並改編超過 200 首樂曲。現為德國 HOHNER 遴選之古典類別 Global Hohner Artist。
Jongseong Park is a leading classical harmonica player representing Korea. He was the first student in Korea to major in harmonica. He graduated from the Post-modern Music Department of Kyunghee University and later majored in orchestral conducting at the Graduate School of Hanyang University.
In 2008, at the Asia-Pacific Harmonica Festival, he won first prize in three categories: Tremolo Solo, Duo, and Ensemble. In 2009, at the World Harmonica Festival, he won first prize in the Tremolo Solo category with his own composition.
He has released six albums, including Dimple, Harmonicist, Dearest, and Boundless. In 2025, he released Harmonica Rhapsody, an album in which he conducted a string orchestra himself while performing the harmonica.
He has presented solo recitals at some of the most prestigious venues in Korea, such as the Seoul Arts Center and Lotte Concert Hall. He has also been invited to perform at festival concerts including the Tongyeong Internatioanl Music Foundation and the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival. Through projects such as the Orchestra Project and Chamber Project, he has expanded performances featuring harmonica with orchestra. He has collaborated with top-level artists and ensembles, including soprano Sumi Jo, the Korean National Orchestra, and the Busan Symphony Orchestra.
Jongseong Park is also active as the conductor of the Seoul Harmonica Orchestra. At the 2025 World Harmonica Festival, the orchestra won 1st Prize in the Group Category and 2nd Prize in the Orchestra Category. He also serves as the music director of Into the Harmonica, where he has published eight educational books and has researched harmonica education systems.
He has composed more than 40 works for harmonica and arranged more than 200 pieces. He has been selected as a Global Hohner Artist in the classical category by the German company Hohner.

南里沙 Minami Risa
南里沙，半音階口琴演奏家，畢業於神戶女學院大學音樂學系（主修雙簧管）。在接觸半音階口琴後深受其魅力吸引，開始投入學習，並一路持續至今，發展為其終身熱愛的演奏志業。
2009年，於德國 F.I.H. 國際口琴比賽公開組獲得第二名；其後於第八屆亞太口琴節（新加坡）半音階獨奏公開組榮獲第一名。
南里沙亦為全球首位與保加利亞國家索菲亞愛樂管弦樂團合作，完整演出《Labyrinth of Fantasy》（半音階口琴協奏曲）四個樂章的演奏家，演出獲得熱烈迴響。
2013年，以首張專輯《Mint Tea》由 King Records 正式出道。近年演出與錄製工作廣泛，包括參與 NHK 電視節目《Anthology Album》，並與東京愛樂交響樂團、東京混聲合唱團合作演出，同時亦參與多部戲劇與動畫配樂錄製。
憑藉精湛且高水準的半音階口琴演奏技巧，以及跨越音樂領域的多元活動，南里沙在日本國內外累積了眾多樂迷與音樂專業人士的支持與喜愛。現為 HOHNER Artist。
Risa Minami, the chromatic harmonica player, graduated from Kobe College, majoring in Music (speciality : oboe). Enchanted by the chromatic harmonica, Risa began studying it. This is the passion she has pursued to this day.
In 2009, Risa Minami won second prize in the open category of the F.I.H. Competition in Germany. She won first prize in Chromatic Solo Open Category at The 8th Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival (in Singapore).
Risa was the first player in the world to perform, all of the four movements of the "Labyrinth of Fantasy" (Chromatic Harmonica Concert) with the Bulgarian National Sophia Philharmonic Orchestra. She was received enthusiastically. In 2013, she made her recording debut with her first album "Mint Tea" which was released by King Records Co., Ltd. Risa recent performances include the NHK TV program "Anthology Album" with the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and Tokyo Mixed Chorus as well as many dramas and animated programs in the background.
Her chromatic harmonica performances with stunning hight-level techniques and the many activities extending beyond the field of music have enchanted thousands of fans and music professionals nationally and internationally.HOHNER Artist.

天狼星口琴樂團 Sirius Harmonica Ensemble
天狼星口琴樂團為 2017 年世界口琴節小合奏冠軍得主，亦曾受邀擔任 2013、2021、2025 年世界口琴節大賽評審、演出嘉賓與講座講師。2022 與 2023 年，樂團獲選為財團法人國家文化藝術基金會「TAIWAN TOP 演藝團隊」。天狼星口琴樂團曲風多元，特別著重於拉丁、探戈、爵士與流行音樂等風格，為現今國際琴壇最具影響力的口琴團體之一。
多年來，天狼星口琴樂團持續活躍於國內外重要藝文活動。樂團曾於 2022 年受邀擔任《安倍晉三前首相慈善追思音樂會》演出嘉賓；2025 年受國立故宮博物院邀請，製作《故宮仲夏樂》口琴音樂會；並與台灣絃樂團合作，於國家音樂廳演出《2025 臺灣音樂家系列──天狼星口琴樂團、李齊與台灣絃樂團》音樂會。樂團也長年受邀於世界口琴節、亞太口琴節、首爾國際口琴節、德國柏林 FEN 音樂節、華夏口琴藝術節、全日本口琴連盟合宿研修會、檳城口琴音樂節等歐亞重要口琴音樂節中演出。
在專業藝文演出之外，天狼星口琴樂團也致力於臺灣口琴音樂的教育與推廣。樂團除定期於國家兩廳院、衛武營國家藝術文化中心等國家級表演藝術場館舉辦公演，也長期活躍於臺灣各縣市文化局及各大學藝文中心所舉辦的邀請專場音樂會。自 2014 年起，樂團開始定期舉辦「臺灣口琴音樂節」，此活動目前已成為臺灣規模最大的口琴年度盛會，亦為東亞地區最重要的口琴音樂節之一。
近年來，樂團更跨足口琴硬體開發，由團員蔡明憲與張晁滕兩位老師共同創立手工琴品牌「Laelaps 口琴」，期望結合多年演奏經驗與製琴理念，推動口琴硬體的創新與發展。未來，天狼星口琴樂團也將持續從專業藝文演出、教育推廣與硬體開發等不同面向出發，為口琴音樂創造更豐富且友善的發展環境。

Sirius Harmonica Ensemble was awarded First Prize in the Harmonica Groups category at the 2017 World Harmonica Festival. The ensemble has also been invited to serve as jury members, guest performers, and workshop lecturers at the World Harmonica Festival in 2013, 2021, and 2025. In 2022 and 2023, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble was selected as a “Taiwan Top Performing Arts Group” by the National Culture and Arts Foundation. With a diverse musical style that particularly emphasizes Latin, tango, jazz, and popular music, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble is regarded as one of the most influential harmonica groups on the international stage today.
Over the years, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble has remained highly active in major arts and cultural events both in Taiwan and abroad. In 2022, the ensemble was invited to perform as a guest artist at the Charity Memorial Concert for Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. In 2025, it was invited by the National Palace Museum to produce the Summer Harmonies at the National Palace Museum harmonica concert. The ensemble also collaborated with the Taiwan String Orchestra and performed at the National Concert Hall in the concert 2025 Taiwanese Musicians Series — Sirius Harmonica Ensemble x Richard Lee x Academy of Taiwan Strings. In addition, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble has been regularly invited to perform at major harmonica festivals across Europe and Asia, including the World Harmonica Festival, Asia Pacific Harmonica Festival, Seoul International Harmonica Festival, Harmonica F E N Festival, Huaxia Harmonica Art Festival, All Japan Harmonica Federation Training Camp, and Penang Harmonica Festival.
Beyond professional artistic performances, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble is also deeply committed to harmonica education and promotion in Taiwan. In addition to regularly presenting public concerts at national performing arts venues such as the National Concert Hall and the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (Weiwuying), the ensemble has long been active in invitation concerts organized by cultural bureaus across Taiwan and by arts centers at various universities. Since 2014, the ensemble has organized the Taiwan Harmonica Music Festival on a regular basis. The festival has now become the largest annual harmonica event in Taiwan and one of the most important harmonica festivals in East Asia.
In recent years, the ensemble has further expanded into harmonica hardware development. Ensemble members Ming-Hsien Tsai and Chao-Teng Chang co-founded the handmade harmonica brand “Laelaps Harmonica,” aiming to bring innovation to harmonica hardware through their many years of performing experience and instrument-making ideas. Looking ahead, Sirius Harmonica Ensemble will continue to contribute to the harmonica community through professional artistic performance, education and promotion, and hardware development, with the goal of creating a richer and more supportive environment for harmonica music.
