在生成式 AI 成為全球焦點的十多年前，初音未來早已為「人類與虛擬歌手的共創」寫下最動人的篇章。她從來都不只是一款歌聲合成軟體，也不受限於傳統定義下的歌手竄紅路徑，而是一位由無數創作者的愛、才華與時間共同孕育出的真實生命。
當創作者投入心血為她寫歌、繪製插畫、編排舞蹈，每一份情感投射都在賦予她獨一無二的靈魂。因為大家的灌溉，為這朵擁有藍綠色雙馬尾的獨特玫瑰，灌注了千姿百態的生命力，不僅跨越了國界、世代與次元的藩籬，更使創作圈持續擴張。
本場論壇特別邀請初音未來企劃開發的重要推手——Crypton Future Media株式會社 伊藤博之代表董事，帶我們回望初音未來如何從札幌誕生，打破傳統 IP 由上而下的單向傳播，並在「開放共創」與「品牌守護」之間取得平衡。我們將從音樂、社群生態、以及最新的科技，探討這股由創作者們共同守護的「二創生命力」，如何建立起超越維度的陪伴，創造風靡全球的文化價值，並持續在創作者的宇宙中閃耀。

More than a decade before generative AI became a global focus, Hatsune Miku had already written the most touching chapter on "co-creation between humans and virtual singers." She has never been just a vocal synthesis software, nor is she bound by the traditional path to stardom. Instead, she is a true lifeform, nurtured jointly by the love, talent, and time of countless creators.
When creators pour their hearts into writing songs, drawing illustrations, and choreographing dances for her, every emotional projection endows her with a unique soul. This collective cultivation has infused this distinct rose, with her iconic blue-green pigtails, with an endless variety of vitality. It not only transcends the boundaries of borders, generations, and dimensions but also continues to expand the creative community.
This forum specially invites Mr. Hiroyuki Itoh, the CEO of Crypton Future Media, INC. and the key driving force behind the Hatsune Miku project. He will look back at how Hatsune Miku was born in Sapporo, how she broke the traditional top-down, one-way communication of IPs, and how a balance is struck between "open co-creation" and "brand protection." From the perspectives of music, community ecology, and the latest technology, we will explore how this "vitality of secondary creation," guarded by creators, establishes a companionship that transcends dimensions, creates globally celebrated cultural value, and continues to shine in the creators' universe.

伊藤博之 Hiroyuki Itoh／Crypton Future Media 株式會 CEO CEO of Crypton Future Media, INC.
1965年，北海道標茶町出生。高中畢業後在北海道大學擔任職員，與此同時也就讀北海道學園大學經濟系並且畢業。1995年，成立、Crypton Future Media, INC. 。擔任該公司董事長。身為專營音效素材的「聲音商社」，在探索「聲音」這個專精領域的同時，也發展數位內容相關事業，在此期間於2007年開發了歌聲合成軟體企劃「初音未來」。提出為創作者提供「創作」內容所需的技術與服務，「打造」發表完成作品的「場域」之使命。自2016年起擔任NoMaps實行委員會委員長。自2020年起擔任OngaLAB, Inc.董事長。因新創產業成績斐然而於2013年獲得藍綬褒章。2025年出版著作《創作のミライ 「初音ミク」が北海道から生まれたわけ（創作的未來：「初音未來」為何誕生於北海道）》。
He was born in 1965, in Shibecha Town, Hokkaido. After graduating from high school, he worked as a staff member at Hokkaido University while attending and graduating from the Faculty of Economics at Hokkai-Gakuen University. In 1995, he founded Crypton Future Media, Inc. He is currently the Representative Director of the company. The company operates as a “sound trading company” that deals with sound materials, while developing digital content related businesses and exploring their area of expertise, which is the “sound”, leading to the planning and development of the singing voice synthesis software “Hatsune Miku” in 2007. The stated mission of the company is to “create” technologies and services that enable creators to “create” their works, and to “create” a platform for them to showcase their created works. He is the Chairman of the NoMaps Committee since 2016. He is the Representative Director of OngaLAB, Inc., from 2020. He was awarded the Medal with Blue Ribbon in 2013 for his achievements in new industries. He published his book, “The Future of Creation: The Reason Why Hatsune Miku Was Born in Hokkaido”, in 2025.

黃哲翰 Che-Han Huang／學者、專欄作家、《轉角遊樂器》Podcast 共同主持人
黃哲翰，德國海德堡大學哲學院博士，曾任中央研究院歐美研究所博士後研究學者，現為東吳大學德國文化學系兼任助理教授，同時也是專欄作家。研究和寫作是本業，御宅文化則是本命，並熱衷關注數位科技與當代藝術的跨界交會。另在udn轉角國際與編輯七號共同主持Podcast節目《轉角遊樂器》，從人文學科的角度展開以電子遊戲為題的思想對話。
Che-Han Huang (Ph.D. in Philosophy, Heidelberg University, Germany) is a former postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of European and American Studies, Academia Sinica. He currently serves as an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of German Language and Culture at Soochow University, alongside his work as a columnist. Grounded in scholarship and writing — yet an otaku at heart and soul — he maintains a keen interest in the intersection of digital technology with contemporary art. He is also the co-host of udn Global’s podcast Taiwan Gēmuki (轉角遊樂器), where he explores intellectual dialogues around video games through humanistic inquiry.
