虛擬製作系列│拓展 IP 敘事邊界：虛擬製作賦予文本的新生命

當文學、歷史與漫畫等經典文本遇上虛擬製作，熟悉的故事將如何展現嶄新的影像樣貌？本場講座邀請《阿特烈》、《一九四五》與《深邃美麗的亞細亞：老和尚與貓怪》三部作品的主創團隊，聚焦如何透過虛擬製作技術，重新詮釋不同媒介的原創文本，並探索既有 IP 在影像敘事中的延伸可能。講者將從文本改編、視覺設計、虛擬場景建構到拍攝流程等面向，分享幕後歷程，並在保留作品精神的同時，拓展故事的表現形式與觀影體驗，展現虛擬製作為跨媒介敘事帶來的全新創作可能。

How can virtual production breathe new life into fiction, history, and comics? This session brings together the creative teams behind Atile'i, 1945, and Magical Super Asia: The Old Monk and The Cat Monster to explore how virtual production enables new forms of cross-media storytelling. From adapting source material and developing visual concepts to building virtual environments and refining production workflows, the speakers will share their creative journey. Through case studies, the session uncovers how virtual production expands the possibilities of IP adaptation, offering fresh perspectives on storytelling and audience experience.

歷史系、政治所畢業。作品曾入選台北電影節、高雄電影節與金穗獎，劇集《聽海湧》獲2025年金鐘獎迷你劇集最佳導演，並入選2024年法國里爾劇集展Series Mania國際全景競賽等肯定。

SUN Chieh-Heng

Director of Atile'i

With a background in History and Politics, SUN Chieh-heng strives to tell unseen stories through film. He is the director of Three Tears in Borneo, which won the Best Directing for a Miniseries or Television Film at the 2025 Golden Bell Awards and was selected for the International Panorama section of 2024 Series Mania and the Special Drama Program category at the 2025 NYTVF.

張永昌

《一九四五》導演

導演與製片人，橫跨動畫、電影與跨媒體敘事，並致力於結合影像技術創新與市場導向策略。執導《逆風行動SEAGULL-7026》（2025），運用LED虛擬製作技術拍攝；監製作品如《流麻溝十五號》（2022）、《冠軍之路》（2026）。

Kent CHANG

Director of 1945

Kent Chang is a director and producer working across animation, film, and transmedia storytelling, with a commitment to integrating innovative imaging technologies with market-driven strategies. He has participated in the production of multiple animated feature films and served as executive producer on various film and television projects.

In 2022, he produced Untold Herstory, which was nominated at multiple domestic and international film festivals.

In 2025, he directed the proof-of-concept film Operation Against the Wind: SEAGULL-7026, shot using LED virtual production technology, demonstrating his ability to integrate cutting-edge imaging technologies with large-scale production narratives.

In 2026, he served as executive producer of the documentary Road to Glory: Hero! Hito!, which chronicles the journey of Taiwan’s national baseball team competing in the WBSC 2024 Premier12, grossing nearly NT$100 million at the Taiwan box office.

陳奕仁

《深邃美麗的亞細亞：老和尚與貓怪》導演

音樂錄影帶與廣告導演。畢業於臺灣藝術大學電影學系，致力結合電影美學與數位科技，多次獲國內外獎項肯定，包括德國紅點設計大獎、iF設計獎、MTV歐洲音樂大獎、金曲獎等。

Muh CHEN

Director of Magical Super Asia: The Old Monk and The Cat Monster

An acclaimed music video and commercial director in Asia, he graduated from the Department of Motion Picture at National Taiwan University of Arts. Dedicated to combining cinematic aesthetics with digital technology, he has created numerous visually striking works.

Over the past two decades, his outstanding commercials and music videos have received recognition from many major international and domestic awards, including the Red Dot Award: Brands & Communication Design, the iF Communication Design Award, the MTV Europe Music Awards, the MTV Video Music Awards Japan, and Taiwan’s Golden Melody Awards.

His works are known for their avant-garde editing, glamorous visual style, and innovative visual language. He is especially skilled at integrating live-action footage, visual effects, and diverse media formats across different platforms, creating highly polished and impactful visual experiences.
