妻子驟然離世後，丈夫無意間發現她未完成的小說手稿——故事訴說或許已不存在的台灣雲豹與魯凱族的神聖傳說。懷著思念與疑問，他循著妻子的筆跡走進山林，踏入她潛意識的幽微深處。
本片改編自作家吳明益2019年的同名短篇小說，導演將文字本身的氤氳、主角茫然與厚重的情感、雲霧繚繞的大武山林，以及在出版當年可能為科幻，但現在已經接近真實的科技病毒等小說元素，以不可思議的「科技魔法」炮製成世人前所未見、可能是目前最接近劇情長片的VR體驗。
After his wife's tragic death, Guan receives her unfinished novel—a story intertwining the endangered clouded leopard and the Rukai tribe's sacred origin myth. Driven by grief and curiosity, he embarks on a surreal journey into the mountains and her subconscious, guided by her words and the ancestral echoes of the forest, in search of answers, healing, and connection. Adapted by a story from acclaimed Taiwanese author Wu Ming-yi, The Clouds Are Two Thousand Meters Up is a single-user, free-roaming VR experience where the boundaries between memory, reality, and myth dissolve.

1. This is a single-player, free-roaming VR experience lasting approximately 50–62 minutes (varies by individual experience).The total duration of the session is about 70 minutes, which includes pre-show briefings and equipment setup. Please reserve sufficient time for your visit. Check-in and ticket verification open 10 minutes prior to each session. Late admission is not permitted after 5 minutes from the start of the session. Please arrive on time to avoid missing your session.
2. Guidelines for Children: Considering children's visual development and the physical fit of the headset, this experience is recommended for children aged 7 and above, with a minimum height of 130 cm.

2.最佳觀影體驗：為求觀影體驗舒適，本節目需脫鞋入場，請著方便穿脫之鞋履及便於行動之服裝；亦建議戴眼鏡者配戴隱形眼鏡，頭顯可供配戴眼鏡者使用，然若因配戴操作導致眼鏡受損，或難以調整觀賞焦距，本中心不負賠償責任。
3.孩童觀賞建議：本節目內容為普遍級，然因孩童視力尚在發展關鍵期，及固定頭顯頭圍尺寸之需求，建議需七歲且身高滿130公分以上孩童，方可購票觀賞。
4.觀賞方式：請聽從工作人員指示，以免配戴錯誤而損壞相關設備；體驗結束後請留在原地，等待工作人員協助卸除頭顯。觀賞過程若有不適，請舉手示意工作人員前往協助。
5.留意事項：極少比例觀眾在使用頭顯時，可能會產生頭暈、噁心症狀，購票前請先自行評估，若因身體不適造成無法順利觀影，恕不退票；若有心臟病、高血壓、癲癇或重大疾病患者，不建議使用頭顯，請斟酌購票。
6.體驗方式：本節目體驗需持續走動，不適用無法自主移動者，請斟酌購票。

2. Optimal Viewing Experience: Viewers are required to remove their shoes before entering. We recommend wearing footwear that is easy to take off and comfortable clothing suitable for movement. We strongly advise guests who wear glasses to wear contact lenses instead. Although the VR headsets can accommodate eyeglasses, TFAI accepts no liability for any damage to glasses or optical focus issues resulting from wearing them during the experience.
3. Guidelines for Children: Considering children's visual development and the physical fit of the headset, this experience is recommended for children aged 7 and above, with a minimum height of 130 cm.
4. Experience Protocol: Please follow all staff instructions to prevent improper fit or damage to the equipment. Upon completion of the experience, please remain in your place and wait for staff assistance to remove your headset. If you feel unwell at any point during the show, please raise your hand to signal a staff member for assistance.
5. Health & Safety Disclaimer: Some users may experience dizziness or nausea while using VR headsets. Please assess your condition before purchasing tickets. No refunds will be provided if you are unable to complete the show due to personal discomfort.This experience is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or other major medical conditions.
6. Physical Requirements: This experience requires continuous walking and physical mobility. It is not suitable for individuals who are unable to move independently. Please consider this carefully before purchasing tickets.

退票期限：

※以ATM轉帳或現金付款之票券，將在收到郵寄退票申請後，最遲10個工作日內轉帳至所提供之存摺帳戶；以刷卡付款之票券，退票款項將退還至原刷信用卡。
注意事項：
如購票時使用文化幣或點數折抵，退票時，系統將退還折抵之全額文化幣，並於扣除退票手續費後，優先退還點數，再將剩餘款項退回。特別提醒，退票時（含換、補票及因節目異動之退票），原訂單所抵用的點數、文化幣、優惠券已逾使用效期，恕無法補發或展延效期。（如優惠券發放之主辦單位另有規劃者，依該主辦單位規範辦理）
